Kingfisher

Hello!

Today I want to show you a card with a Kingfisher bird I drew with Copics.

First time I made a realistic drawing with copic markers.

Unfortunately there is a very sad reason for this card.

My Mother-in-Law passed away last Sunday and will be burried tomorrow.

She always loved my cards and she loved birds and animals in general.

So this will be my last card for her.

  

I used the following copic colors ( I am taking the easy way this time ;) )

I am sure she would have loved it!

Cassie pastel

Hi!

Today I have something special, my first work for a request by someone I don't know in Scotland who saw my Ollie pastel on Twitter.

I am so proud!

So this is Cassie. Also with PanPastel and Derwent pastel pencils on PastelMat. 

And I decided to get my own 2 drawings framed as well.

Cassie will be off to Scotland very soon!

Tiddly Inks Baby

My cousin gave birth to a baby boy, so I made her a card.

I used 2 Tiddly Inks images and for rhe background Lindy's Magical shaker Time Travel Teal.

Pastel Ollie

Hi!

Another pastel today. This time it's not my cat, but British comedian Ricky Gervais'.

We went to his show last night and 2 hours before we were supposed to leave home to go, I decided it would be fun to draw his beloved cat Ollie so I could try to give it to him.

I managed to finish the drawing just in time and eventually gave it to the head of security who said he would pass it on.

I can only hope he actually did that!

I used PanPastel and Derwent pastel pencils on PastelMat for this drawing.

Pastel Spooky

Hello!

Today I want to show you my second pastel drawing.

This one is of our middle cat, Spooky.

I found it very challenging to create black fur. Not completely satisfied with the result, but not too bad.

I created it with PanPastel and Derwent pastel pencils on PastelMat.
